Product Overview

ZX series self-priming pump is a product with novel structure developed by our company on the basis of repeated research of similar technology at home and abroad. This pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life and self-priming ability. There is no need to install bottom valve in the pipeline, and it is only necessary to make sure that there is quantitative priming liquid stored in the pump before working. Therefore, it simplifies the piping system and improves the labor conditions.

Model Description

ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump integrates two functions of self-priming and non-clogging sewage in one, adopts axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can be like a general self-priming clear water pump without the installation of bottom valve and irrigation water, but also can suck and discharge the liquid containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities. It can be widely used in municipal sewage engineering, river and pond breeding, light industry, paper making, textile, food, chemical industry, electric industry, fiber, slurry and mixed suspension and other chemical media the most ideal impurity pump.

Scope of use

1、 Ambient temperature ≤ 50℃, medium temperature ≤ 80℃, special requirements up to 200℃.

2、 Medium PH value 6.5 ~ 8.5 material HT200; 6.5 ~ 8.5 material 304 or 316L.

3、 Medium density: ZX not more than 1050kg/m3, ZW not more than 1240kg/m3.

4、 Self-priming height cannot exceed the specified value of the pump, and the total length of the suction pipe is less than 10 meters.

5、ZW through the capacity of suspended particles diameter of the pump diameter of 60%, fiber length does not exceed 5 times the pump diameter.
