Product Overview

D, DG type pump is horizontal single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump, for conveying clear water (containing less than 1% quality, granularity less than 0.1mm) or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. This series of pump is based on the series of products jointly developed by the pump industry and improved by our company, the efficiency value is 2~4% higher than the original product, which is favored by users under the current demand for energy saving, environmental protection and consumption reduction.

D type pump is used for conveying clear water below 80℃, or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water, and is suitable for mine drainage, factory and city water supply and drainage.

DG type pump conveys medium temperature less than 130℃, suitable for various boiler water supply, oil field water injection and other occasions.

DF type pump is used for mine drainage of acidic pit water with PH value of 2~4. The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80℃.

DY type pump can be used in petroleum refining, petrochemical industry, transporting oil without solid particles, liquefied petroleum gas and other flammable and explosive or toxic high-temperature and high-pressure liquids.

The allowable inlet pressure of the pump is ≤1Mpa (the user must indicate the inlet pressure value of the pump when ordering).

Product Structure

The series pumps are horizontal single-suction multi-stage sectional centrifugal pumps, the inlet and outlet of DG and DY type pumps are vertical upwards, the inlet of D and DF type pumps are horizontal and the outlet is vertical upwards (see structure diagram). The suction section, the middle section and the discharge section are coupled into one by a piercing bar.

The pump is directly driven by the motor through flexible coupling, diaphragm coupling and gear coupling. The pump rotates in clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end.

The pump adopts carbon fiber woven fabric as soft packing and cooled by cooling water, while DG and DY type pumps are cooled by external cooling water. Replaceable sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft. Mechanical seal can also be used.

Bearing and balancing device.

The rotor of medium pressure type pump is supported by rolling bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. The rotor is lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulating water, and the axial thrust of the rotor is automatically balanced by a balancing disk. The balanced return water is returned to the pump suction section through the balanced return pipe.

The rotor of the sub-pressure type pump is supported by the sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. The rotor is lubricated by thin oil and cooled by circulating water, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balancing disk. There is a return pipe between the balance chamber and the front section.

The rotor of the high-pressure type pump is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump. The bearings are forcibly lubricated, the pump itself is equipped with an oil system, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance disk. And with thrust bearing, used to bear the residual axial force due to the change of working conditions, in the balance chamber body and the suction pipe is equipped with a return pipe between.
