Product Overview

PW type sewage pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pump. The pump suction port is axially horizontal, and the pump discharge port can be installed in horizontal or vertical direction as required. It mainly consists of pump cover, pump casing, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket and other parts. The shaft seal adopts the novel double-end mechanical seal structure, and the pump and motor are installed on the common chassis and driven directly by the motor through the flexible coupling. The pump has the advantages of high efficiency, remarkable energy saving, stable operation, reliable performance and convenient maintenance.

Scope of application

PW type sewage pump can transport sewage, suspended solid particles, long fiber material and wastewater for domestic use. The pump body is made of high quality cast iron and the medium temperature does not exceed 100℃.

Head: 8.5-48.5m.

Motor power: 4-45KW.

Rotational speed: 730-2950r/min.

Caliber: φ65-φ200.

Medium temperature: ≤100℃.
