Product Overview

IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal clear water pump, designed according to ISO2858, is a newer product of BA type pump, which is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, and also for agricultural irrigation. It is used for conveying clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, and the temperature does not exceed 80℃.

ISR type single-stage single-suction centrifugal hot water pump is suitable for boiler water supply and hot water circulation system, and can also be used for industrial and urban water supply and irrigation, but the temperature does not exceed 130℃.

IY type single-stage single-suction centrifugal oil pump is mainly used for oil gathering and transmission of oil products in oil fields and so on.

IH pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal chemical pump. It can meet the chemical process of conveying liquids with corrosive viscosity similar to water, and the temperature is generally -20℃～105℃.

This series of pump is suitable for chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power station, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other industries to convey various corrosive media, or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

Structural features

Axial force: Balance hole balance method is used.

Shaft seal: Soft packing seal or mechanical seal can be selected according to different medium and pressure requirements.

Power transmission: driven by the prime mover through the radial coupling, also can be equipped with a long radial coupling.

Material: According to the different mediums conveyed, the overflow parts can be cast iron, cast steel or stainless steel.

Flow rate: 6.3-400m3/h

Head: 5-125m

Rotation speed: 2900r/min and 1450r/min

Inlet diameter: 50-200mm
