Product Overview
The single-stage single-suction pipeline pump produced by our company is an ideal new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving horizontal pump products, which is designed according to the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pump, and is successfully designed in strict accordance with international standard ISO2858 and the latest national standards, and optimized by using domestic excellent hydraulic model.
According to the different structures, our company has designed three basic types of single-stage single-suction pipeline pumps: MLG vertical pipeline pump, MLG(B) convenient dismantling vertical pipeline pump, MGW horizontal pipeline pump. At the same time, according to the different temperature and corrosiveness of the medium, there are several series of pipeline pump products to meet the requirements of different occasions.
1. MLG, MLGB, MGW type pipeline pumps are used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clear water, using medium temperature below 80℃, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance water transmission, heating, bathroom cooling and heating water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting, etc.
2. MLGR, MLGBR, MGWR type hot water pipeline pumps are suitable for civil and enterprise housing heating and hot water booster, circulation, transmission and other production process heat systems with heating systems, such as: thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, paper making and other industrial boilers with high temperature hot water, using temperature below 120℃.
3. MLGH, MLGBH, MGWH type chemical vertical pipeline pump, conveying solid particles free of corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water, suitable for light textile, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber and other sectors, the use temperature -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
4. The above type pumps are equipped with explosion-proof motors and are suitable for conveying non-corrosive, flammable and explosive liquids in petroleum, light textile, chemical and mechanical industries, with medium temperature -20℃~120℃ and medium density ρ<1000kg/m3.
Product Features
1. MLG and MLGB are vertical structure pumps with the same diameter of import and export, and located on the same center line, so they can be installed in the pipeline like valves. The shape is compact and beautiful, covering a small area and with low construction investment.
2. MLG, MGW impeller is directly installed on the elongated shaft of the motor, with short axial dimension and compact structure, and the pump and motor bearings are reasonably matched, which can balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation more effectively, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, small vibration and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal without leakage, which solves the problem of serious leakage of packing seal of centrifugal pump, prolongs the service life and ensures the clean and tidy operation site.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump union seat nut to draw out all the rotor parts.
