Description Performance parameters

Product Overview

This series of pumps are single-stage, single-suction, radially dissected vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps, designed and manufactured in accordance with API610 11th edition and ISO13709 "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries" standards.

This series of pumps has the features of simple structure, easy disassembly and installation, easy maintenance and small footprint, which is very suitable for the common process pipeline conveying field.

The series of pumps are modular in design, and the pump components of different specifications (such as shafts, pump covers, sealing rings, mechanical seals, bearings, etc.) are fully interchangeable, making it easy for later maintenance.

Flow rate: Q=5~1500m3/h

Lift: H=30~250m

Working pressure: P=2.5MPa

Working temperature: T=-30℃~+150℃

Applications

Oil refineries, petrochemical plants, general industrial processes

Pipeline pressurization

Structural Features

Structure type ...... pump is a vertical pipeline single-stage cantilever type pump with independent bearing frame.

Pump body structure ...... pump is horizontal suction and horizontal discharge, and the pressure level of pump import and export flange is 1.6MPa.

Easy to dismantle and install...... pump body adopts the back door structure and the extended coupling, so it is very convenient to dismantle and maintain, especially for replacing the mechanical seal, bearing and other wearing parts without dismantling the pipeline and motor, only need to remove the extended coupling, you can take out the whole rotor for maintenance.

Shaft sealing method ...... seal chamber implementation of API610 and API682 and ISO21049 (2004 version) standards, with high-quality mechanical seal, seal chamber end runout ≤ 0.05mm, according to the media working conditions reasonable selection, seal flushing and cooling program implementation of API682 and ISO21049 Standard.

High degree of safety ...... As the pump has independent bearing frame, it eliminates the danger of friction in deflection, and the sealing ring is made of non-flammable material, which can ensure the absolute reliability of conveying flammable and explosive media.
