Product Overview

ZB type strong self-priming pump is a new type of self-priming pump designed and manufactured by our factory according to ISO2858 international standard, which integrates the advantages of similar pumps at home and abroad and selects the latest excellent hydraulic model, and is a better product to replace submerged pump.

ZB type strong self-priming pump consists of three parts: pump, motor and vacuum system. By using different pump types (IS\IY\IH\MLG\ZA) and matching the corresponding vacuum system.

ZB type strong self-priming pump can convey all kinds of clean and various media with solid content <2%. It is mainly used in chemical industry, petroleum industry, oil refinery, liquid tank pumping and discharging, tanker unloading, dirty oil pumping and discharging, automatic control engineering, etc. Strong self-priming ability, short time (synchronous self-priming can be realized), high suction range and much higher suction up capacity than ordinary self-priming pumps.

Flow rate: 0.8~400 m3/h

Head: 5~125 m

Maximum working pressure: ≤1.6 MPa (suction pressure + pump head <1.6 MPa)

Medium temperature: -10℃~80℃, 120℃, ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.

The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, particle size <0.2mm.

Product Features

No vacuum pump and bottom valve are needed for start-up, just fill the vacuum tank with water when you start the pump for the first time.

Fast watering time, water can be added instantly after starting the pump; strong self-priming ability.
